About Us
A boxing gym for anyone
Established 2020 in Salem, Oregon. A judgment-free space where you can build self-confidence through fitness — kids, teens, and adults.
Our Story
Why these doors opened
“I opened Toe 2 Toe Boxing so that I could introduce people to the sport I love – Boxing! There are zero judgements here and no need to be intimidated. When you walk in these doors, every workout is designed for you to better yourself, not to impress someone else.”
Toe 2 Toe Boxing opened in 2020 and calls 1845 22nd St SE, Unit #150, Salem, Oregon home — a full boxing facility with a ring, heavy bags, and coached classes for every age, from Lil’ Jabbers at four years old to Adult Boxing. The motto on the wall says the rest: Building Strength, Skills, and Success.
Why boxing
The workout that doesn’t feel like one
Cardio Doesn’t Have to be Boring!
Skip the treadmill. Boxing class is a really good mix of learning boxing skills and a crazy good cardio workout — combos, footwork, balance, music turned up. You’re too busy hitting mitts and moving your feet to watch the clock.
It’s More than a Boxing Class
Every session works balance, builds strength for everyday movements, and sharpens coordination through footwork drills — while working all the major muscle groups. You leave with more than a sweat: skills, strength, and self-confidence.
What we believe
Our values
- A judgment-free space to build self-confidence through fitness.
- Egos can be left at the door.
- We like to have fun. We like to work hard.
Giving back
Toe 2 Toe Youth Training Center
The gym’s sister organization is a non-profit youth training center under the same roof, bringing boxing, strength, and lifestyle programs to young people roughly ages 6–24 across Marion & Polk County.
It’s the same idea that built the gym — strength, skills, and success — pointed at the kids who need it most.
Support System
The community in our corner
Local Salem businesses back this gym — the support system that keeps the lights on, the gloves stocked, and the youth programs running.

Where our members come from
The Mid-Willamette Valley’s boxing gym
Toe 2 Toe sits on 22nd St SE in South Salem, but the community reaches a lot further than the city limits. Families and adult members make the drive from Salem and Keizer, from Turner, Sublimity, Stayton, and Silverton to the east, and from Dallas, Independence, and Monmouth across the river — some even trek down from Hillsboro. Wherever you’re coming from, your first class is free; call or text 503-438-6352 to set it up.
